Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to send us:

• Registration form: title, name, postal address, email, telephone, handicap, home club, team, accompanying person, package, room type, flight details and remarks.
• Contact form: name, email, telephone, country and your message.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser information to deliver the site securely.
• Analytics and advertising data (only if you accept cookies): pages visited, device type, approximate location and how you arrived on the site.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To process your registration and organise your stay and tournament (performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To answer your messages (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To measure audience and improve our advertising, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• To meet accounting and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Who receives your data

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the service providers we need to run the website and the event:

• Cloudflare (website hosting and security).
• Brevo (delivery of form emails to our team).
• Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), only if you accept cookies.
• The hotel, golf courses and transport partners in the programme, for registered participants only and only the data they need.

Some providers may process data outside your country, under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

The website works without cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure audience and Google Ads to measure and improve our advertising. These cookies are only set if you accept them. Without consent, Google receives only cookieless, anonymous signals (Google Consent Mode).

If you accept marketing cookies and then send us a form, the email address and phone number you entered are also sent to Google in a one-way scrambled (hashed) form, so Google Ads can match your registration to an ad click (“enhanced conversions”).

Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

Registration data is kept for the duration of the event and then as long as required by accounting and legal obligations. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer you and follow up. Analytics data is kept according to Google’s retention settings, at most 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Morocco, the CNDP; in the EU, the authority of your country).
